专利说明:
it makes it difficult for anyone to get past it. Once the fence is tensioned, there is limited time to place anti-climbing devices such as barbed wire on the upper wire, in particular it is time consuming if the net has a significant height. It is also a problem to easily and efficiently fasten and cut to suitable pieces of a barbed wire, of considerable length from a roll. When dismantling the fence, the anti-climbing device must be easy to remove without much time. Barbed wire easily gets caught in the net and tears parts of it. The object of the present invention is to provide an anti-gripping device, respectively a fence for temporary closure with such an anti-gripping device, which obviates the disadvantages associated with known technology. A further object is to provide an improved anti-grip device which is uncomplicated, simple and quick to set up on site, and cost effective to produce. A further object is to provide an anti-grip device which can be arranged on narrow edges, on extended and rounded end surfaces, so that it is properly placed in the correct and intended position. In addition, it is an object to provide a fence for temporary closure which comprises a releasably arranged anti-grip device which is simple and minimally time consuming to apply. Summary of the Invention The above objects are solved by the present invention which relates to an anti-gripping device and a fence for temporary closure. The anti-grip device is intended for being arranged on a longitudinally extending object such as a wire, a fence, net, fence, or the like. The anti-grip device comprises an elongate tubular body with an inner surface and an outer surface. In its longitudinal extent, the body has an elongated continuous recess which forms a continuous opening in the longitudinal direction of the body. The anti-grip device further comprises a plurality of sharp elements projecting from the outer surface of the body, so that a person can hardly grasp the anti-grip device. The temporary barrier fence comprises a net having a first side and a second side, means for anchoring the fence to the brackets, wires in the area of the upper and lower longitudinal edge of the net, respectively, so that the net and the wires are arranged to co-operate. work with each other. The fence further comprises at least one support leg, which support leg extends between the wires and cooperates with them, and locking means for retaining the wires at the support leg. The fence further comprises the above-mentioned anti-gripping device according to the present invention. An advantage of the anti-grip device according to the present invention is that it can in a short time be arranged to a wire, rope, edge or the like, such as a fence for temporary barrier according to the present invention. The anti-grip device according to the present invention allows a manufacture at a low production cost, and it can be manufactured in desired lengths and allows an uncomplicated operation where damage to assembly personnel can be avoided. It can also be quickly dismantled. It can be reused. Other objects, embodiments and advantages of the present invention are described in more detail in the description and in the appended claims. Detailed Description Figure 1 shows a fence for temporary barrier according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprising a net 1 and at least two wires 3, 5 arranged on the net, preferably of steel, for example of the type described in patent specification SE C2-527280. The net can suitably extend from the ground up to a height of approximately 3 m. The height of the net varies depending on the area of use. If the net is intended for, for example, a construction site as a barrier or protection, the height can preferably be 1-1.5 m. If the net is used as a riot fence, the height can be proposed to be 1.5-3 m. The meshes of the net may be such that a person's hand or foot cannot pass therethrough, and the meshes may have a maximum dimension of about 5 cm. According to an alternative design, the net meshes can have a much larger size, which can make it difficult to climb in the net. As also mentioned in the patent specification SE-C2-527280, the fence according to the present invention may also comprise wire tensioners (not shown) and the wire frames may suitably be provided at each of their ends with a means such as a loop 7, 9 for anchoring in a suitable bracket. . Furthermore, the fence comprises at least one support leg 11, suitably of adjustable length. One or more support legs 11 extend between the wires 3, 5 and cooperate with them, and locking means (not shown) for retaining the wires at the support leg. The fence comprises an anti-gripping device (not shown in Fig. 1) according to the present invention and described in more detail below, which is at least intended to be placed on a section along the upper wire 3 and / or on a section along the lower wire 5. The fence may comprise at least one fastening device, so that the anti-grip device can be arranged to the fence. Anti-grip device can for instance be arranged to the wire by using so-called cable ties or the like. Figures 2A and 2B show an anti-grip device 15 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Anti-grip device 15 is intended to be arranged on an object extending in a longitudinal direction such as a wire 3, 5 (see fi g.l), a fence, net, fence, or the like. The anti-grip device 15 comprises an elongate L-shaped body 17 formed by a wall portion with an inner surface 18 and an outer surface 19. The tubular body 17 may thus be a substantially cylindrical, hollow body with an inner cavity 21. The tubular body has in its longitudinal extent L an elongate continuous recess 23 which forms a continuous opening in the longitudinal direction L. The recess is suitably completely continuous wall portion, so that the opening extends into the cavity. The wall portion of the body 17 may have a U- or C-shape in cross section. The anti-grip device 15 further comprises a number of elevations in the form of sharp elements 25 projecting from the outer surface 19 of the body, i.e. the outer surface of the wall portion of the body, so that a person may have difficulty grasping the anti-grip device 15. The plurality of sharp elements 25 may be distributed over the whole body 17, and are suitably evenly distributed over the outer surface 19 of the body. 25 are ridges that are angular and round, preferably blunt and pointed. They are suitably made of metal and may be formed in one piece or alternatively fixedly arranged to the body 17. As can be seen from Fig. 2B, the sharp elements 25 may be continuous from the inner surface 18 to the outer surface. 19. Figures 3A, 3B and 3C show different embodiments of sharp elements for the anti-grip device 15 according to the present invention. Fig. 3A shows a screw 27 mounted / screwed from the inner surface 18 of the tubular body 17. Fig. 3B shows a nail / stud / pin 29 mounted / driven from the inner surface 18 of the tubular body Fig. 3C shows a saw-toothed profile 31 which is fixed to the outer surface 19 of the tubular body 17 with e.g. a binder or fastener. Alternatively, the tubular body 17 and the serrated profile 31 may be molded in one piece. The tubular body 17 can be formed of an elastic / visible material which forms the wall portions of the body, so that the anti-grip device 15 can be easily mounted to an object such as a wire by means of elastic clamping action. The tubular body 17 can be designed in different lengths. The body 17 is suitably formed of a material which is impact resistant, such as plastic, preferably rubber. In its basic embodiment, a tubular body of rubber or other plastic material is used as starting material for the tubular body 17, which hose is cut to the desired length and provided with a recess 23. The recess 23 of the tubular body 17 may be in the form of a notch, the cross section of the body being substantially closed in a free state without external influence or interaction with objects, so that the anti-grip device can be easily mounted on objects by elastic clamping action, such as a wires, of dimensions smaller than the 17 dimension of the body. Figures 4 and 5 illustrate different examples of cross-sections of the anti-grip device 15. Figure 4A shows a U- or C-shaped cross section. The recess 23 thus extends along substantially half the circumference of an imaginary circular body 17. An anti-gripping device 10 with this cross section has the advantage that it can be easily mounted and removed from an object such as a wire or a fence. Furthermore, a number of anti-grip devices can be stacked together for transport and storage. Figure 4B shows an anti-grip device 15 with a substantially closed circular cross-section, where the recess 23 is in the form of a notch. In the case where the body 17 is made of a closed tubular body, the recess 23 can be formed by a cut through one side of the tubular body. In other words, the body 17 can be made of a hose cut along its longitudinal direction L. An advantage of this cross-section is that the anti-grip device 15, provided that the body 17 is of an elastic material, can be held by a clamping action by an object which has a smaller dimension than the anti-grip device. In addition, the anti-gripping device 15 can be held by a clamping action on an object of slightly larger cross-sectional dimension T than the anti-gripping device-C11. Figure 4C shows a circular cross section where the recess constitutes approximately 10% of the circumference. An elastic body 17 with this cross section can be mounted relatively easily on an object such as a wire or a fence, at the same time as the body 17 can be retained by clamping action. Figure 4C also illustrates a wire 3, 5 on which anti-grip device 15 is mounted. It will be appreciated that since, in the longitudinal direction of the wire and the anti-grip device, the opening of the recess 23 is less than the cross-sectional dimension T of the wire, the anti-grip device is held to the wire by clamping action. In Figures 4B and 4C, sharp elements 25 are arranged near the recess 23. Thereby, and by sharp elements 25 being arranged around substantially the entire circumference of the body 17, a person can hardly support himself against, or grip, the wire without coming into contact with anything. of the sharp elements 25. Figures 5A to 5C show examples of anti-gripping devices 15 corresponding to those in the fi gears 4A-4C where the cross section of a body 17 'instead of circular is rectangular. An elastic body 17 'with a rectangular cross-section can function better when applying the anti-grip device to objects of rectangular cross-section. Figure 5C illustrates in a cross section a beam B of a plank or fence. The length of the anti-grip device in the longitudinal direction L can be adapted as desired. Suitably the anti-gripping device has a length of 0.5-1 m. This means that when, for example, a fence for temporary closure in accordance with what is shown in figure 1 is to be provided with anti-gripping devices, a number of anti-gripping devices are arranged one after the other around the upper and / or lower wires 3, 5. The anti-gripping device 15 may comprise at least one fastening device (not shown), for example cable ties, arranged to the body 17, so that the anti-gripping device can be arranged on different objects and difficult to remove from the object without applying a certain force or cutting off the fastening device. Fig. 6 illustrates an example of a distribution of the sharp elements 25 over the body 17. The body 17 is shown here in an unfolded flat state. As illustrated by the broken line in Figure 6, the sharp elements 25 are arranged in a diamond-shaped pattern. The sharp elements are arranged along a number of rows which extend next to each other across the longitudinal direction L of the body, two such rows are marked in Figure 6 by the respective arrows P1, P2. The rows are offset relative to each other in their longitudinal directions so that the sharp elements 25 form a diamond-shaped pattern. A substantially circular anti-grip device 15 suitably has a distance of 1-10 cm between the sharp elements 25 in the rows. The distance between the rows is also suitably 1-10 cm. In this way an anti-gripping device 15 is achieved which is difficult to grip when simultaneously avoiding the respective sharp elements 25. The anti-gripping device 15 has proved to be most effective if said two distances are 2-4 cm. Thus, the distance between each respective sharp element is 2-4 cm. According to a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the tubular body is about 35 mm and the wall thickness is about 3-5 mm. The sharp elements have a length extension of 13-20 mm.
